All sales are final; classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund.
Monthly Members: Classes cancelled less than 12 hours prior to class are considered a late-cancel and will incur a fee of $15. No-shows incur a fee of $31 - the full price of the class. Cancelling class 1 hour prior to the start of class will incur a fee of $31 - the full price of class. This applies to all classes; paid and free classes.
Class Pack Members: Classes cancelled less than 12 hours prior to class are considered a late-cancel and the class will be deducted from your package. This applies to all classes; paid and free classes.
Private & Semi-Private classes require a 6-hour cancellation notice. All reservations cancelled within that window will be responsible for the full cost of class
All members are eligible for 2 courtesy cancels per calendar year.
Grippy socks are required. If you do not own a pair, we have a wide variety at different price points available in the Studio for purchase.
If this is your first class with Modern Pilates you must arrive 15 minutes early as a rundown of our machine, the XFormer, and room is mandatory.
Clients are not permitted to enter the class more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. No exceptions.
If you do not show up for your reserved spot (and it’s not your first class), a walk-in client has the right to utilize your spot at the 5 minute mark.
All membership suspensions will be capped at a 3-month maximum time allowance. After the three month term, your membership will be re-activated. Circumstantial exceptions will be made, we just ask that you email info@modernpilatesstudio.com. Cancellations during or after a hold are subject to 30-day notice via email to info@modernpilatesstudio.com.
All auto-pay memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, unless otherwise specified. memberships can be cancelled at anytime with 30-day notice via email to info@modernpilatesstudio.
Waitlist: you will be automatically added into class if a spot becomes available 12 hours before class begins. If you can no longer take the class you joined the waitlist for, please be sure to remove yourself. Late cancellation policys still apply.
Coaches are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel classes less than 20% capacity. Clients will be notified at least 6-hours before class.
Kindly refrain from phone/electronics usage during class.
