The Workout

It looks intimidating, but we swear it isn’t. We’ve perfected the art of high-intensity, low-impact exercise to bring you the best full-body workout ever. This 50 minute workout utilizes our one-of-a-kind resistance machine, The X-Former. We practice slow, controlled, continuous tension, quick transitions and effective range of motion using resistance and balance to activate the slow-twitch fat-burning muscle fibers. The goal is to keep you in the fat burning zone for the entire duration of class in order to build long, lean muscles. AKA, it works. Believe us. If you don’t...come see for yourself.
